Introduction to canning

We'll discuss the difference between water bath and pressure canning, required tools for both, and we'll make a batch of jelly for you to take home.

We'll discuss the what foods need to be pressure canned, equipment, techniques, and we'll make a batch of green beans or corn. Each person will take a jar home with them to enjoy.
